In order for Crest Solutions Ltd to provide you with Machine Vision, Serialisation and Managed Services, Crest Solutions Products and Services in line with our service contract, we need to know the limited personal details of those mentioned within that contract. Crest Solutions Ltd will only collect and use data that pertains to the terms of that Contract.
We will also use your name and email address to inform you of our future offers and similar products. This information is not shared with third parties and you can unsubscribe at any time via email.
What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?

Sharing your personal data
All the personal data we process is processed by our staff in Ireland and the UK however for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance this information is located on servers within the European Union. No third parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.
We have a Data Protection regime in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data.
How long we keep it
Crest Solutions Ltd will keep your personal data for no longer than reasonably necessary for the duration of the contract and a period of 6 years thereafter to cover all warranties and Service Level Agreements in order to ensure we deliver a quality service to you and can facilitate repeat orders. Extensions to this time limit may be sought on an annual basis and you can unsubscribe after the retention period via return email.
What are your rights?
Unless subject to an exemption under the Regulations, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

- To have information erased
- To object to direct marketing
- To restrict the processing of their information, including automated decision-making
